The food in the restaurant really was quite good, and inventive in a very appetizing way, especially breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were professional, upbeat and fun, with personality, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself had an attractive and open lobby, and the same was true of the restaurant, and the layout was good. The prices in the restaurant were reasonable also.
The bathroom tissue holder in the bathroom of my room needed to be secured better because simply getting a piece of the tissue made the bathroom tissue holder rotate so that it no longer held the roll. That was about it.

The property is well maintained, well staffed with amazing people the room was clean and comfortable and the food was great.

the front disk was not pleasant when I checked in. she gave me hard time.
I booked the reservation and added my partner's name so she would have access to the room if she came before me . (based on advice i received my previous stay couple of weeks ago by front disk so the lady insisted that My partner has to be physically present with me to proceed with check in!!! then she asked me to call my partner on the phone and speak with her to give permission to allow me check in even though I made the reservation on booking.com and put my name and my Visa card!! so it was unnecessary inconvenience knowing that I applied advice i got earlier by front disk. Any ways I called, and she gave permission to her then she allowed me to check in!!

Good location, overall clean and modern.
Bed was extremely uncomfortable for my preference (way too soft). We were in lower level and the noise from external air conditioning was at times very loud.

The customer service was excellent by all hotel staff including valet, housekeeping, front desk and the restaurant employees.

The wifi cost extra, as did the breakfast - would have been better if those were included.

Staff was outstanding. The location was good and in a decent part of Torrance. The room was clean and spacious.
They nickel and dime you for almost everything: parking, breakfast, Wi-Fi etc. You can't plug any of your own devices into the TV, and there were multiple nights during the work week that I was kept awake by parties and loud people on the outside lawn/patio. We were on the 8th floor, and we could hear almost everything going on down there.

The latre HVAC equipment in front of the apartment was very loud. Not a good experience!

The location, very clean, rooms very comfortable.
The swimming pool area was a little in distress on Sunday. The water in the jacuzzi was dirty. The workers at the front desk on Saturday and Sunday nights were not too helpful.

I never stayed in a property where I had to pay for parking my car in the premises. The swimming pool area was neglected.

It’s near and accessible
Check in time was too late, 4pm? And to check out at 11am. Paying too much only to stay for less than a day seems to extreme. I asked for an early check out nobody even replied to my request.

Sofa in room very nasty had stains on it..
Toilet takes forever to flush had to use trash can you get water to flush.
Front desk was rude ( I had the card I used for reservation but did not have enough limit on it ) I left my wallet in the car that I parked at the mall cross the street. Front desk refused to take cash from. He called his manager who asked me to give them not only $100 BUT $200 cash deposit) which I did. Any ways my colleague went to the car and got the wallet and other credit cards but came back after I finished checking in.
Add to that four employees and manager came behind the counter discussing and watching my embarrassing situation . All that because I offered to pay cash for the stay , and to embarrass me more they asked double of the normal deposit. $200 .
