Friendly cleaning staff, fresh towels available as needed and room cleaned daily.

The halls and elevator area were dated and unclean. The air was controlled and wouldn’t get colder than 67 no matter the adjustment on the thermostat. The outside of the facilities are a bit ran down with a motel feel.

Noisy room; I ordered king size bed but got two bed-room; and the reception did not give good excuse, just offered to cancel the order if not satisfied.

It's a very old property. Not a spacious room for 4. Breakfast was not buffet and was always thinking if it was within the price you had paid for.

The staff are very professional and understanding, Always ready and available to answer questions and very thoughtful and kind.

Why breakfast is not included is not happy otherwise all good
