Location, clean room and comfortable bed, friendly staff
Business center not operational, expensive and unappetizing breakfast, no microwave in the room, no freezer slot in the refrigerator.

I like the convenience of where the hotel is located on my staff's annual trip through town to North Carolina.
When booking this reservation for my staff's travel I was told by the booking agent that breakfast would be included for my staff, as I paid extra. Sadly, when they tried to go to breakfast the clerk said we didn't pay for breakfast. That was embarrassing, as I had lined it up in advance and I told the employees they would receive a free breakfast.

Loved the property
I had hair in the shower an on the sheets when I got in the bed an when I called for wash rags an towels it took so long for them to bring them. Then they only had sheets for the pull out bed.

Not much except east access to location.
Dirty, uncomfortable, no pillows, smelled musty and damp, both husband and I left with bad respiratory colds and coughs. We got double charged and still have not been refunded. Rude front desk at check in after we were double charged and no help at all.

I loved the balcony and the room was so comfortable the shower was great and the location is perfect! Right in the middle of all the shopping but off to the side so it's quiet and peaceful.
There is only one elevator and it's in the back not even close to the front entrance it's location to the majority of the rooms is somewhat inconvenient.

location! but we had early check in on the app that wasn’t honored by the hotel. The staff actually said the app doesn’t apply to them. so why does the app let us check in early?

The location was perfect. It was in the center of everything. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Pool area was extremely dirty , as if other guest didn’t clean behind themselves plus i understand it’s not time for the pool too be open but the pool was sickening looking from all the mold and other things inside

The staff was great.. room was clean. The lobby smelled good and made me happy that i choose this hotel. Also, it is nearby several restaurants and shops.
