There was nothing to like. Certain staff acted judgemental and unprofessional. Extremely rude.

Well, the 2 Mexican ladies that were cleaning our room were rude. They asked if these were your towels.? They are dirty, and you will be charged. I was shocked. I have been to many places and never was told that. I looked at the carpet, and there were stains on the worn-out carpet, and they were worried about towels. I reported them because they were rude. They told me the staff told me and considered that a warning. I was shocked. Then, a 2nd time, they took pics, and she said there 2 towels you will have to pay for. So I decided well I would get my own towels and not use their towels. 1 wash cloth was used and not too bad. The other towel was not used, and they said this is the 3rd time you need to leave. I was like, are you serious?.?. We went next door to the Sonesta, and they made us leave, and we were planning on going back to sonesta es they said we could not come back there because of a few towels. I said over towels. The 3rd time, I used my own towels and not theirs, so I knew they didn't like us or racist I don't know what else it could be. I am a nurse, and my friend worked with trees . He had long hair and tattoos. I don't know what else to think because we did not use their towels and said we did. You pay all this money and use your own towels, and they still say something. My friends were so shocked. That was so ridiculous. Maybe they were trying to throw their weight away. God knows the truth, and in time, they will see how it feels 1 day. I was glad to be gone. Never in my life was I so insulted. Very unprofessional manager assistant.

Breakfast was good but need to improve more variety such as fruit and different types of bread and location was excellent near to every place

Swimming pool was not clean and in breakfast black tea was not available
