The room was full of bugs on the first night they offered no apology but did move my room. 2nd room was just a bad, reception denied they had a problem and did I could not prove it. I had to throw away all open food and have suffered multiple bites in my arms and legs

The staff was excellent; the rooms spotless and beautiful!!! The pool was so clean and beautiful!!!

Only the coffee they only had Starbucks but was too strong!!!

Room was clean with housekeeping service every other day. Room was large and had balcony facing the courtyard. Great coffee although cost was extra. Only ate paid breakfast once which was standard and comparable in price to outside restaurants. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Laundry facilities were available. Location was good although you need to drive to restaurants.

I did have a room close to the pool.

Asked for every other day rooms cleaning...in five days we got one. Had to go to the front desk for toilet paper since they didn't even check my room. Front desk was not aware until I asked that I was a rewards member. I had to go through all the process I had previously done online including the early check-in. I was denied early check-in and had to wait till "the room was ready"

service on cleaning the room, making the bed, supplying towels & toiletries. ( just a bar of soap!!!) however, We did like the bottles of bath & shampoo bottles handy within the tub.

The pool and surrounding courtyard with a grill and seating areas is lovely.

Screen door to the patio was torn and would not stay on its track. The breakfast was terrible. Only one a la carte item and a drink included in the price. The food was over microwaved making it to tough to eat. Housekeeping staff were unfriendly and seemed put out at a simple request for extra items. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

I did not expect prices for meals at all, especially so outrageously expenses.

200 price difference wasn't accounted for in bookings total price. Got charged full price in the beginning that put my card on hold and couldn't use the little money I had to get any food. So I basically starved couple days of my stay...just down right upsetting.
