very friendly reception, clean big room, restaurants nearby.

it was right next to the road so once in awhile would get really noisy... if you are sensitive to noise and people nextdoor are partying you might be able to hear

This little hotel exceeded our expectations by far! Not only was it close to Shenandoah Park, it was spotlessly clean, great water pressure in the shower, and the most comfortable "FIRM" beds ever! So many hotels, even the expensive ones have beds one sinks into which is horrible for our backs. This one was perfect! And a great price too! We also had a wonderful interaction with the woman who signed us in when we arrived. Very nice!

A special Thanks to the gentleman who let my son check in at 2am. I was having a hard time trying to book a room on booking.com so I booked the room for August 01, 2022. However, I needed the room on July 31st. I was able to add notes and he was very kind in assisting us getting him checked in.

The owners were the absolute best part of the stay

sparse room amenities with the emphasis on sparse. extremely loud air conditioner. no coffee maker. one towel. bathroom literally falling apart.

Staff was very accommodating. Very considerate for the safety of my motorcycle. Made sure I parked where cameras could see the bike and away from vehicle dangers. Room was very clean and quiet.

I liked that it was simple and clean, the TV worked, and the internet was good. I wasn't looking for the Grand Hotel, just a place to stay for my Kayaking trip down the Shenandoah River.

I'm not sure if the owners knew that much about the area. They were nice though.

The couple that ran the place were very nice. Any questions or anything we needed the lady was there to help. Our room was large and clean. The amenities were satisfactory: refrigerator, microwave, large sink and shower, big screne TV, nice AC and a comfortable bed.We also noticed it was very quiet with no rowdy tenants WI FI included. All in all a good value.

Since it was a value motel you only had basic comforts. It was very simple stay. The property seeemed a bit out of the 70's but nice. No view. The rooms had private entrances but if you wanted privacy you had to keep your curtains closed because of guests passing by to get to their rooms. No real complaints and nothing I didnt expect.

A good place to rest our heads for a couple of nights. lots of hot water and comfortable beds. The managers were wonderful.

The only downside was the floors, which could use a deeper clean.

I really appreciate the cleanliness of the room, it didn’t smell bad & it wasn’t trashy. It was very nice, small but nice. And the price was reasonable for 2 nights.

For my size family it was very small but it worked out. I was just disappointed the room didn’t have a coffee maker.

It didnt have bed bugs. And had no other little geusts.

New person was left alone to run hotel for evening. She was nice and apologetic, but didnt quite know how to run computers. Thankfully I was staying 1 night cause room was super standard, no thrills.
