Rooms were not provided with any cutlery of any kind except paper glasses, water bottles had to be collected from reception. Only 1 Lift was working. Horrible experience

The room was clean.
They are doing construction and there were lots of problems created by that: blocked entrances, changed room keys, changed FLOOR NUMBERS!, one elevator for everybody, no warning about these issues. There was also noise from construction starting at 8 AM.

disappointed with the breakfast and not being told the property was under construction, and kitchen was closed

I booked a room at the Residence inn by Marriott, but I came in across the street at the Beverly Hills Marriott. I provided my passport, email confirmation and payment statement. Instead of sending me across the street the employee, Sayf, clearly made me make a new payment for a room at the Beverly Hills Marriott with a bunch of lousy excuses as for example that my initial payment wasn’t confirmed and that the booking wasn’t visible because I booked on a short notice. In fact he booked me a new room, made me pay for it and promised to sort it out and come back to me what he never did. The next morning his colleague A. sort it all out and said that she would request a refund at the Residence Inn. The service level and way being treated is a disgrace for calling this a Marriott!!! We’re 3 months further and never heard anything back, when calling the employee Sayf is denying that he would make such a mistake and is accusing me of lying. I’ve visited many hotels across the world but never got treated worse!!!

very nice staff, big comfortable room
-the hotel is under construction, it is very noisy every day 6:00-17:00, we heard every movement from upstairs, but they charged us full price for our stay.
-the breakfast is poor, but okey…
-the parking is way too expensive, 57$ per day, plus taxes and everything. at the end we paid appr. 130$ for two days parking
-the bedding was smelly. it looked clean, but smelled interesting

The location!
The fact that the Hotel housekeeping stole all my expensive make-up and jewelry, and Marriott as a brand, Nor the hotel staff did anything! They "offered points" instead of paying for my items or even compensation on our stay. Nothing was offered 🙄 absolutely Nothing, now I'm now seeking legal counsel against Marriott and The employee who came into my room and the hotel .I will not just let this go! So ...DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE ! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

I did NOT like the fact that housekeeping threw away or either stole my personal items. Even after they half ass cleaned the room, items had been sitting out for days, other housekeeping employees had come into the room days prior to clean and never touched our items. However, the one who cleaned the room on the 2nd threw away/stole our things.

Nothing was satisfactory about the property , over priced and located at the worst location in Beverly Hills
While my stay you heard dogs barking all night and during my stay there was construction work at Two floors in the hotel so you wake up at noise

I Horrible grab and go breakfast. Outrageously expensive parking. Room is as very loud with air conditioning and street noise.the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and the bathroom door was awkward to enter and exit.

The room was excellent, very spacious and comfortable although the microwave didn’t work. The location was great - easy walking distance to Rodeo Drive and Wilshire Boulevard. Also, close to cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly, welcoming and understanding.
The property was under renovation which we were unaware of. Therefore there was no breakfast although we were provided a choice of bagged food. However the breakfast sandwich needed heating and as the microwave was not working that was impossible. Besides for the cost of the room we believed that something better could have been provided. We ended up going out for breakfast. Perhaps a voucher to a nearby cafe (Factor’s Deli is where we went) would have been better. Or maybe the Marriott across the road. Also, we had prepaid on Booking.Com but this was not checked when we arrived so we paid again only to be charged for 2 nights instead of 1. It was all credited back to us which we are grateful for. We think we should have been made aware of the renovations and a free cancellation if this didn’t suit. However with all that said, we would return to the property after renovations are complete.

Great property centrally located with clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
Breakfast was very poor. Limited selection which was served on a plastic plates and cutlery. Quite shocked by that. The AC in the room makes a loud sound as the compressor turns on and off making it a difficult night for a light sleeper.

rooms were very dark/dingy. Plus if curtains open other guests could see straight in. Despite enough beds for us all it was cramped. Also shower took a long time to get warm (10 minutes!).Breakfast quite basic. restaurant staff very detatched. Reception staff helpful but reluctant. Very unsatisfied.

Close to our family that lives there, the main bad. fully equipped kitchen
The Sofa bad was uncomfortable, one staff members just send us to the website instead of helping, but the day after someone else helped us. There was nothing besides eggs and bagels at breakfast, one day there was a Belgian Waffe

The room was a nice size for one person. A bit dated but still nice.
Location was good for work as work was in the area.
I stayed for 5 days - every single morning I had to request more milk at the coffee station and the staff were very rude and unfriendly about it, and took ages. Then when they'd refill it, they would put enough for a dash. This was so frustrating to have to go through every morning.
Getting hold of the reception has been difficult. I was waiting for a delivery while I was staying which never arrived and I asked staff to put a note not to accept any deliveries on my behalf (especially as I checked out) and they accepted the delivery none the less. And despite several emails have not managed to speak to anyone about this.
