very friendly staff…location was great and the bed was very comfy!

The pool and hot tub was closed and that was the whole reason why I chose this hotel was to relax in the hot tub n swim…The website should have said something as I would have canceled and found another location but if I had cancelled i would have still be charged the whole rental fee! very disappointed

The room was awesome… super comfy

I didn’t like the parking fee for $8 night.. said all fees included in booking price.. didn’t like looking at the cleaning staff leaving carts in hallways all day and unattended full of dirty sheets once in elevator.. common bathroom on floor one was super dirty.. 5 min into our stay a cleaning lady just opened the door and handed me the shower body wash.. not even a knock… we were told at check in breakfast was until 10:30 am.. I went for food at 10:05 am and it was all almost put away and a staff member kept repeating I wish the front desk would just point to the sign that was only until 10 am.. I never saw a sign… multiple guests arrived for breakfast even after me.. tip jar left out for breakfast staff was weird.. it was buffet style..

The set up of room was nice. Comfortable for 2 people to stay at. Able to cook in kitchen with suitable equipment ie forks spoons cooking utensils etc

The bedroom was very comfortable and clean..and the fact I had a kitchen.

When I walk In the room it smelled like the person before had a dog or something in there..it reek so bad I had to use Glade plug in to cover the smell..that was the only part about the get away....

Misrepresented the price of our stay, rug had a large burn or stain on it. Room never got cleaned, breakfast was below expectations.

The hotel is extremely outdated and run down. The room smelled like mold and mildew. The beds were uncomfortable and sagging in the middle. The white comforter was a stained yellowish color.
