Location. It was close to the Dreamworks Mall. The restaurant staff was friendly and professional.

The hotel room was filthy. I understand that older hotel rooms may have wear and tear but, this room was dirty. Dirt and grime all over the bathroom. The light switch was dirty, the white doors had marks of brown and orange. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The bathroom door had holes. The shower was gross. Of course, the towels were stained. I was so disappointed. The reason I picked this hotel to stay at in NJ was because of the great experience I had at the last Renaissance Hotel (Foxborough, MA). I was traveling with another family and even though this hotel did not have a pool, I convinced them to stay because the hotel would be so nice. I was clearly mistaken. This hotel room is equivalent to some rundown weekly rate motel.

Las camas eran muy cómodas, El personal de recepción fue muy amable.

Tuvimos un problema con el desayuno, reservamos habitación para 4 personas (desayuno incluido) cuando bajamos a desayunar nos dijeron que el desayuno solo era para 2, afortunadamente después nos entendieron y no nos hicieron pagar 2 desayunos.
