night front desk lady was phenomenal! very outgoing, upbeat and helpful!

The hotel was in a great area close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. The breakfast was very nice. There was a nice selection of both hot and cold foods. The cleaning staff were so kind and friendly!!

Our room had a large white stain on the carpet. We had a large one bedroom with a living room and kitchen. The kitchen drawers were in need of adjustments and there were dishes left in the dishwasher.

The staff was very polite and took care of our problem.

We had booked a two bedroom suite. We were told upon check in none were available. The clerk gave us an additional room and was very nice to us.

the room we had booked was not available so we had to split into two rooms. The whole floor smelled like animal urine, the rooms smelled worse, there were no extra blankets. Horrble waste of 400$ dollars.

The room size the pool area as well as the barbecue/sitting area. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool, the basketball and gym.

The cleaniness of the rooms were good except for some of the drawers had hair in them in one of the bedrooms the kitchen drawers had food stains were something had been wasted, and the stop for the shower was just sitting on the side of the tub. Overall it was a good stay.

I didn’t like how the front desk clerk that was there on the evening we checked in handled me. She was very rude. I went down to buy some sodas and water after checking in for my 3 daughters and she said if I get a complaint about any noise you will have to leave so I asked her what are you talking about did someone complaint about noise she said no I’m just saying. Why would she say that out of the blue to me. I was very upset!!!! This has never happened to me. I’m a professional business owner. My daughter’s are in medical school and they came into town so we could have a pajama sleepover and some dinner and enjoy each others company. I also had witnesses that heard her tell me that and it upset them also and they were guests at the hotel as well…..

The room was ready on time.

The breakfast was prepackaged items not a hot served breakfast. The employee in the breakfast area was very nice. I don't like being charged for incidentals when there is no mini bar in the room, etc.

Everything was good with no problem only that the clerk said 8ncoukd pay with cash which wasn't true

It was dated. The refrigerator make a horrible noise the entire time. Couch had a big stain on it. Plus the pool closed at 8!! Why???

It was amazing! Everything exceeded my expectations! It was clean , quiet & had a perfect location.

Loved everything.

It was convenient area surrounding different restaurants & stores so you didn’t have to travel far for good food. The room was really decent, cozy, and spacious.

When we got to the room the small little kitchen & dishes wasn’t as clean as the last time I stayed. The refrigerator could have used a little more cleaning and one of the towels in the bathroom had a noticeable orange stain on it but overall wasn’t too bad.

I booked for pool, hot tub, both closed. Breakfast was cold breakfast only Pets welcomed, but the fee should be a deposit. My dogs were kept in kennels so 75 for pet cleaning is absurd. All together I have paid much less for much more and will not be returning to this hotel on my trip back to Texas.

Omg from the moment I opened the door I was in awe. It looked exactly like the online pics. It's a very big and spacious room. I rented the one bedroom King suite with a sofa bed, fireplace, table and chairs, desk with chair, kitchenette with a full sized fridge and a dishwasher. Full sized closets with mirrors on back as well. Also had cable TV and the ability to sign into your own apps(Netflix, YouTube, etc) The staff was super friendly!!! Will deflee book here again. The bed was super super comfy!!!! It smelled clean and was clean. Nice fluffy pillows!!!! Great location surrounded by several shopping stores and restaurants
