I believe the staff was the best part about the property. The breakfast was amazing.

The beds were comfortable but for some reason I didn't sleep very well.

Breakfast was great, lots of options for everyone. The pool was great for my kids. Parking was no issue and the location is close/within walking distance to everything.

We only had one bath towel when we checked in. The hot tub was actually too hot so not very enjoyable.

I liked how easy the check-in was. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. My visit was to see a concert. They offered shuttle service to and from the show. Breakfast was filling as well, I would definitely come back and stay after this experience

The booking online showed two beds in the photo, but i was expecting 1 king bed based on the description. I was okay with the two beds, I would just recommend updating the information within the booking app.

check in representative was less than friendly, in fact she seemed bothered. during the check in process no property information was given, instead she answered a call while I was still being checked in, handed me keys and that was it. also while at the hospital my mother was still at the room and had called down to the desk inquiring about local food deliveries was told the agent would call her back but never did get back with her about her inquiries. also when I booked I paid 122.18 through booking but was charged 150.00 at the hotel. during check in I noticed a sign in regards to debit card payments being delayed for processing for up to 7-10 days unless otherwise requested at checkout so I made sure to stop at the desk for checkout and requested the payment to be processed thinking the additional amount would fall off however it was still processed for 150.00 with no indication as to why. *also slightly surprised that the curtains in the room were only sheer with no way of closing the main drapes, so anyone could see into the room which overlooked the parking lot/ main entrance.

I prepaid 204.74 on my card. When I got the bill they had added 102.38 for what they called tourist tax. This is excessive and equivalent to another nights stay. So far I’ve been unable to get it removed. I will dispute this bill on my credit card but I feel booking.com should have advised about this practice.

the breakfast wasn’t the best

I liked the location, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! Room was clean and the toiletries IN the shower was a nice surprise! We utilized the hotel shuttle to take us to and from an event which was very convenient!

The bed was so firm. I’m a heavier person and this mattress had no give lol. Also they allow dogs in the hotel, which I like dogs. One kept barking until about midnight so I felt like I was right at home hearing my dog bark instead of relaxing away for the weekend. The breakfast areas was good but the waffle maker was a bit of a pain to use because everyone’s waffles kept sticking very badly.

Location.

The hotel was over booked for that weekend. I did not receive the room that I booked and paid for through this third party. I asked the hotel twice to speak to the District Manager for my room rate to be adjusted. I never heard back. Probably won’t use a third party to book hotel room in the future.

Convenient location and superb breakfast, definitely would recommend!
