Está muy lejos de las tiendas y restaurantes. Le hace falta más iluminación al área del estacionamiento.

The location near the airport. Clean rooms. Good facilities overall. The typical Courtyard by Marriott product in the USA.

The airport shuttle does not run after 11 pm. The hotel does not proactively advise this anywhere. Many other guests were waiting at the airport terminal. Besides, when one tried contacting the hotel there was no answer on the phone. Apparently there was disruption at the airport as there was a long queue when we finally arrived at the hotel using our own transportation. The lady at reception admitted she was too overwhelmed with other guests checking in to pick up the phone.

Everything was great. Mrs Kathy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She went above and beyond

Unfortunately overall appearance of the hotel is more dated then it appears in photos. Carpets and bathrooms could use a facelift. Airport shuttle not punctual, was told pick up would take 20 mins on arrival, it took over an hour. Booked return shuttle to airport the next day at 15:30 (having been told it goes every half hour). Once again delayed and left for terminal almost 20 mins late.

El desayuno es el mejor que hayamos tenido en un hotel. Delicioso. Recepción siempre contesto mis consultas y dudas aun previo a mi estancia.

La coordinación del shuttle se podría hacer x WhatsApp o por medio de la App de booking. Tuve problemas con el roaming de mi teléfono lo que dificultó un poco la coordinación inicialmente. Pero si contaba con Internet por lo que de haber contado con otra opción hubiera sido más fácil
