the pool and hot tub were great. the room was spacious and cute. the soap and shower were also nice.

the bathroom and sink lights were very bright. the room looked clean but the pullout bed had stains and debris on it, and the hand towels and bathroom had hairs on them, making it obvious these spaces weren’t well cleaned.

I love the fact that the rooms are super comfortable! there are several restaurants all around the property! all within walking distance!

I do not like that they are now charging guests to park their car in their parking lot. I will park off property the next time I stay here as I refuse to pay for parking.

parking, it should be included in your stay. paying $10 a night to park is ridiculous. Especially when space runs out, you have to park on the street. Late checkout, was only allowed 30 min more.

hot tub was the perfect temperature!

The staff when we checked it were super friendly . Our daughter was really fussy from teething . The staff offered her a banana and dry cereal that evening . We were all taken care of!

Safe location, clean room and pool, great breakfast.

Indoor pool. Offered a complimentary hot breakfast. Suite included refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen sink (small kitchenette). Staff were friendly.

Extra towels were in short supply. Since they don’t clean the rooms daily unless requested, getting fresh towels was a small challenge.

The front desk staff were great, and incredibly accommodating. Katherine (?) checked us in and assisted with arranging a late check out, as well as a room close to the door for my pet. She even went above and beyond in bringing a bottle opener to our room when we requested. Really cannot emphasize how great the customer service was here. Room was spacious and clean. Good choice of toiletries. Enjoyed the plush, cushy carpet, and quality of bedding, towels, etc.

The beds felt like coil mattresses, which I’ve not slept on or owned in years. I think upgrading the beds to a memory foam option could be great, but I also understand this is a personal preference. For most people (without back injury/ pain) I think they’d be both comfortable and well-appointed.
