The staff were wonderful and very helpful during a stressful time for my family.

The beds felt like they should have been replaced years ago. When you sit you sink right in. The sheets and blankets had small holes and cigarette burns. The room could have been cleaned better as there was hair in the bathroom and on the bed. Also after a shower I used the towel and someone's hair was on me (gross). I had a new set of towels and the same thing happened when I gave my daughter a bath. I didn't have time to complain because when I had enough energy to call the front desk the room phone didn't work and it was cover in some kind of thick greasy substance (again gross). While the staff was friendly and helpful the experience was terrible and I wouldn't stay again. We booked this place because the hotel across the street we originally booked was absolutely disgusting and everywhere else was sold out and it was late in the evening.

The location was perfect and we got the size room that we asked for. It was a quiet stay and suited our needs.

The room was filthy and in really bad repair. So many of the bathroom floor tiles were broken that it pinched my feet - my partner wouldn't even use the shower. The tub was filthy, walls dirty, doors and smoke alarm broken. The air conditioner was so dusty and filthy that we were afraid to turn it on. The drawers were broken and the light switches were dirty. We payed in advance, arrived late and got out early which was the only reason we stayed at all.

i liked the location of the hotel and how they had a fridge with microwaveable meals for the go to buy.

the cleanliness the room. the sheets had stains and there was dust and dirt in the corners of the room. the pillows provided no support and the bed was hard.

Clean rooms on Tuesday and Thursday only. I came on Saturday and ran out of towels. The facilities were old.

We stayed in a suite and it was wonderful to have a large couch to stretch out on after such a long drive. The room was clean and had great water pressure in the shower!

There was only one elevator working during our stay.

a lot of noise, First someone was using like a vacuum at the early morning, I can say 2:00 am… then the fridge sound terrible, a noise like static was on and off during the whole night. last, the room next to us was having a party with loud music, like 4 people talking and screaming, with a whistle! we couldn’t sleep at all….. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

location is great , walking distance to Walmart and bus stop is just on the other side , breakfast is great related to the other hotels in same category

staff is unprofessional and manager is rude. they threatened us to throw us outside the hotel twice because of miss understanding and miscommunication related to the booking during our stay . they don’t know how to deal with customers

The staff was helpful. The breakfast was terrific! The rooms were clean. Bed could be updated, but overall everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place and no riff raff there!

Not much to it

Dingy looking. While effort has been put in with fresh paint and flooring, the hallway and bathroom doors were banged up and dirty. Curtains falling down. Mattress on sola bed was bloody and filthy

If I could give this place a big fat zero I would. The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The two receptionist at the front desk had a disgusting attitude & very poor customer service. I had to switch rooms 3 time because of the smell of smoke, dirty Linen/ windows looked like it hasn’t been washed in months/ tv didn’t work / sink light was broke/ & chair had stains on them. I brought my 1yr old son with & I wasn’t letting him stay in such filth & nastiness. Also look like some residents lived there & a lady kept pacing the 2nd floors the whole time I was there. I asked for my money back & the receptionist seemed to have a tip on her shoulder & wasn’t trying to give me my refund. I wasn’t going to let my baby sleep no where it uncomfortable & cleanliness is not satisfactory. My family & I ended up leaving & going else where. I do not recommend this place to no one.
