It was clean, and the rooms were spacious and met our needs.

The breakfast was bland. It would have been appreciated to have a second elevator closer to the rooms on the southeast end of the building. We were in room 202 for reference; which was located right by the stairs but with luggage it was not the easiest feat.

The first room we got, the water pressure is awful, the toilet flooded. We got moved to another room and it smelled like urine, the water pressure is awful like the first room. Called the front lobby, they said they will do something but nothing was done. The lady in the front desk is rude, just playing on her phone.

The property is infested with small white bugs…. They were all over the halls and some were even nesting in the table in our room… we had to shake them out of our clothes because they made their way to our luggage.

There were issues with niece being given the wrong type of room. I put the reservation under my niece since she was arriving a day before me and they gave her a hard time when she checked in and also gave me a hard time when I checked in. The lady working the front desk was so hostile I thought for sure that she would try to fight me in front of my children. The property is infested with small white bugs…. Spacious and clean. Plenty of room for three adults and all amenities of home.

Parking was limited.

Breakfast was good and perfect. Sharon was amazing and checkin was quick. She gave me directions to the nearest Starbucks. I will definitely book this hotel again. The room was spotless and clean.

The unit was quaint and very clean. Love that it felt homey. The décor was good for what I would expect. You could see the Marriot theme following through. The linens and towels were clean and there was enough for every one. The staff was friendly and quick to respond.

I didn't like that it did not have a safe. Most of all I did not like that the Air Handler is located in the room. It is very loud especially at nights, which made my night difficult and not getting enough sleep. Also, sofa mattress was so thin that we three had to share the queen size bed for both nights.
