They did not serve Breakfast , asked for a complementary Breakfast but didn’t get it
Have clean sheets, comforters , they were stained looked nasty.

Booking.com is a scam. They ripped me off and there's nothing I can do about it. They showed a four-star hotel that was in the middle of slumtown and it was more like a one-star hotel. When I got there I decided I did not want to stay there so the people there said they couldn't cancel it I'd have to cancel it with booking.com so I did. I didn't pay anything on my credit card. But then booking.com even though I didn't stay there chose to charge my credit card the full amount of the hotel room as a cancellation fee stating there's nothing they can do about it. It's a total scam and it's a total rip off do not use this company.

The room was spacious and set up more like home vs a hotel room.
Our room ac did not maintain a cold area. At best it was cool but not working correctly. We did let the front desk staff know after the first night but as far as I was notified no one check on the issue.

I liked how clean and ready our room was.
I didn’t like that no one came by to give us fresh towels for the next day.

Breakfast was not made at the hotel and staff preferred guest to have extra money to pay breakfast at the bistro. I enjoyed having the pool available and the gym but when it came to accommodating guest with breakfast and a clean room, the expectations were not met.
Breakfast was not available and the room that I booked online was a suite with a balcony was not available.

Everything was exceptionally amazing! It was in a perfect location of the music venue we were going to that we were able to walk there.

It was a very nice place convent as being almost in the middle of everything. Plenty to do.
I honestly only have 2 complaints. One is that the ac unit never actually seemed to cool off/keep the room comfortable. Second, the lady who initially checked me in seemed a little....not so friendly. I mentioned I was/needed to check in. She kind of rolled her eyes and drew a long sigh, as if I were bothering her or an inconvenience. I've worked customer service for some time, and that is no way to initially treat someone who spent the last 10 hours driving. I understand people have bad days, but at least put on a smile when dealing with customers. It's not just your reputation that you're trying to uphold.

Breakfast was good I just wasn’t prepared to pay on Saturday. Sunday was free.
Pricing for a beer and a bottle of water was outrageously high in my opinion.

It is advertised that you have breakfast in the morning downstairs for the guests but when you go downstairs for breakfast there is no breakfast you have to buy breakfast at the bistro that's not what was advertised when you go to check in online
When I came to the property to check in they charged me more than what my original price was online my price online was $278 and they tried to charge me 320 so I had to get a manager to fix it

the room was clean and nice .
that tge lady at check in desk told me that are breakfast was included. bur when we went down to order the lady said it was going to be 40$ for eggs bacon and milk ×2. and we were going to eat because the lady said it was pay for with room but they said no tgat we had to pay. I think they should have honor what the lady said.
