Ease in checkin and friendly staff

One of the keys didn’t work and missing bedding for sleep sofa. There is something wrong with the breakfast juice, perhaps not mixing appropriate portions of juice to water, but it’s free so this is not a real issue.

I thought the room rate with taxes was a bit high.

I am normally not one to complain, I take things for what they are and go with the flow. However, the suite that I stayed in was awful. Their soap scum/mold on the shower head, it was literally green. The water itself smelled musty. There was hair in the shower. The coffee area in the suite was left a mess. The pull out couch had crumbs in it, and on top of that we were given two top sheets so we couldn’t even make the bed properly. There were stains on the couch and the sink didn’t drain properly. We spent a decent chunk of money on this room for it to not be anywhere near what was okay. We brought our concerns to the front and were offered no help or accommodations. We had to unfortunately stay in the room because we were going to the Steelers game the next day and everything in the area was sold out.

Towels and sheets were threadbare, not what I expect from a Marriot property. The mattress pad on the pull-out sofa bed was stained. The room had a bad odor when we arrived, and I had to ask for disinfectant spray to rid the room of the smell. The pillows were disgusting and the mattresses not very comfortable.

The breakfast was good. The location was great.

The bed could have been more comfortable.

Big room, king size bed, breakfast good. Clean!

Coffee pot was broke but they had coffee ready at 530am King size bed was okay as far as comfy feeling. Over all a 8-9 as Marriot should be better and usually is exceptional.
