Too many transients smoking drugs right under my window all night, mysterious people walking around the building all night, yelling, cussing

I never got a room staff was rude and canceled my reservation and I still haven't got my refund. Never going there again is to dirty.

First room had stain on bed. 2 room has dog poo I asked to refund $ they said no. I left and only stayed less than a hour.

I did not like that the front desk had a lady that wouldn't help me out because her shift was ending. I showed up to the facility at 10:15 there was an error with my reservation and she said she can't do anything about it because she already closed her paper work and couldn't do anything about it . That the other guy that was showing up at 10:40 could help me out better. I wasn't the only one that dealt with her there was a family of 3 and she couldn't give them there room because the rooms weren't cleaned yet and that she couldn''t do anything about it. Until Alex showed up at the front desk and dealt with all of her problems. He was the only one at the front and he dealt with all of the other clients by himself , why couldnt that short lady with glasses make an effort to figure out what was going on with my reservation . I didn't get to my room until 11:15. This facility does not have workers that at least put an effort to do there job.

The location was convenient and close to restaurants.

The room had flies, the floors were dirty and the bed was not comfortable.

My room was dirty. There were hairs on the towel’s luckily I brought my own towels. The desk and chair is very uncomfortable. The washing machines were full of old water and detergent piled up. Everyday someone was getting arrested in the parking lot. People leave their dogs in the rooms alone and the bark nonstop for hours.

Worst motel ever.Id rather sleep in my car then book a room here!

It was like there was no insulation in the walls!I actually left that night!Paid for a room that I didn't even sleep in!Never again!

everything, it was dirty and there were bugs in the bathroom, there was a gross smell, it’s okay for emergency but I wouldn’t stay there again.

There was no blanket on the bed and there was hair not mine in the shower drain. That is Disgusting!

Nothing worked, including the ice machines which were broken for a very long time. Most of the staff was really rude. There were a couple of girls working the front desk that were exceptional. They tried to DOR me saying that I took down the fire alarm but I do not smoke. They finally did dor me saying that there was a pipe in my bed when they stripped the sheets, I strip the sheets every time I leave a motel, I also make sure everything is nice and clean including taking out the trash and cleaning the floors. The reality is once the head cleaning lady takes a dislike to you ,you're out. I do not recommend this place at all. It is a nightmare, the police are always harassing the guests as well. My car was broken into and my cell phone was stolen. I could go on but you understand!!!
