It was close to strawberry bank and things to do. The room and overall facility was clean and spacious.

The bathtub was narrow and slippery causing my husband to fall in the shower. The man taking orders at the restaurant knew nothing about the hotel offering breakfast with our stay and had an attitude. The price was double what i was offered on booking.com and we didn't add anything extra to our room.

The berry waffles were delicious!

The cost was a bit pricey.

Nice convenient location somewhat close to our sons school.

Not many balcony rooms which we woods have preferred.

It was very good

When we first checked in the room we were given the fridge didn’t work. It took a little bit but they moved us to a room that had a working fridge. We were so happy. For us this was a huge gesture. We will definitely stay again. The service and attentiveness to our problem was great. I felt like I mattered.

The bed was too soft and highway was too loud. No napkins..cobwebs in ceiling corners..no time set on clock and a blue corn chip on floor

The room was exceptional. Loved the extra space, couch and desk space. separate toilet /shower from the sink. Lots of electrical outlets. Bed was great.

One of the reasons we booked here was a good price and the pool. When we checked it out for location around 8:30 all seemed fine, though no one was swimming. Went back to our room and got my suit on and came to the pool, with a sign saying Pool Closed due to maintenance. Turns out it would have been opened at 10 but you wouldn't know that. Should have been posted when it would be open.
