Property construction, very noisy. Doors open on side entrance to accommodate the workers but also rat traps visible and non guest accessible. No hot water for most of Saturday morning. Ask for clean towels and was told “when they locate housekeeping they will relay message”. No housekeeping came to clean room or even ask if we wanted them to. Bar wasn’t really a bar only wine and beer. We did eat a few items off the evening menu which were very good, Marguerite pizza and wings.

The rooms and bathrooms are in need of a remodel.

my phone didn’t work and the deadbolt didn’t work so they moved me to a different room , took a shower at 9 am to have only cold water . Extremely under staffed . It was not very clean .

It was near downtown paso.

The shower pressure and temperature could be better.

management would not refund room rate enough though room was cancelled more than 24hrs in advance.

management lied and was rude.
