I love the property. I love it every time, I come and stay.

I just don’t like the long hair that be in the tub or in the bed.

The man at the front desk was surly- told me that we had a $20 breakfast credit, but when we wanted breakfast , we were “ not on the list “😵‍💫 The room was fine , but when my husband turned in the fan in the air unit, there was a “ chirpy “ sound - am sure that it was not a real cricket‼️‼️Somehow ,the clock seemed to be on military time😑, and it was 5 hours ahead of CDT- sooo, when we walked up a bit , the clock ⏰ said 8am, ‘twas actually 3am😶After waking up and getting dressed ,I noticed my watch said 3am- sooo, we went back to bed( we had driven 11 hours from South Carolina) I worked for Marriott many years ago when there were only corporate hotels- not these bed~ In ~ a ~Box spots littering the highways😵‍💫I worked with major corporations , entertainers ( Bob Dylan) and did Big Band Groups —- in those you would have an engineer on duty to fix the chirps‼️And I think the man that checked us in left us off the breakfast list intentionally, because I made a comment about technology of which I am not a fan‼️‼️ All things considered , a very , very disappointing experience 😱We would appreciate a refund of the $20 breakfast credit which we were promised‼️‼️‼️

I didn’t like the fact, around 10 something in the am a lady knocked on the door; than a minute later, a guy knocked on the door.

beds getting too soft, old mattresses

The coffee place was awful. Asked for a vanilla latte & ended up with a regular brew with Vanilla Coffeemate in it. When I asked the server about it, she said that’s “how it’s done”. I can assure you, it’s not. The breakfast options were nil. Order off menu available but no quick grabs like fruit, yogurt, muffins,etc.

I liked the restaurant being in the premises since it was raining when I arrived and didn’t want to go out. The menu was limited but the food and service were both excellent.

Good location. Easy on and off I 20, close to the military park and an easy drive to historic downtown. Restaurants close by. The room had a couch in addition to the king bed which was nice. The bistro in the lobby was nice if you didn't want to go out for food or a drink. The hotel is very quiet which was great! There are signs posted reminding guests to be quiet and children not to run through the halls. We didn't use the pool but the pool area was very attractive.

Didn’t eat breakfast, but Noah was SO helpful and nice! He suggested a good restaurant and was great!
