Restaurant is eigenlijk meer een lobby… niet van niveau wat je zou verwachten bij een 4 sterren hotel.. op dinsdag en woensdag is er ook geen ontbijt beschikbaar ?

The staff was very helpful and friendly and I applaud their every effort! The location was great, safe and restful.

Maybe offer a lift to the airport. Just a suggestion.

La ubicacion

Pésimamente mal atendido. El comedor no funcionaba por lo tanto no había ni siquiera desayuno. Al día siguiente de llegar y volver a las 5 PM encontramos las camas y aseo sin hacer. Me acerqué a la recepción y me indicaron que el aseo diario era solo por requerimiento y que se nos había explicado al entrar, algo que si hicieron lo hicieron mal ya que ninguna de las personas de las dos habitaciones reservadas lo entendió. En vista de ésto solicitamos aseo para el resto de la estadía lo que tampoco se concretó. Un solo día de las 4 noches que estuvimos nos hicieron un tan mal aseo que ni siquiera sacaron la basura de la cocina. Todo esto sin contar con que como 6 dias antes de nuestra llegada habían cobrado el total de la estadía. Cuando entramos igual nos pidieron una garantía de US$200 por habitación que al hacer el check out y pedir su reintegro nos indicaron se nos devolvería a nuestra cuenta en entre 3 y 7 días, osea cobran en forma anticipada y devuelven en el plazo que ellos quieren. Pésima experiencia, NO recomendable

We stayed here for one night. Location is perfect. Away from the crowds but close to everything. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom and the room are large.

Camera grande, parcheggio gratuito e buona posizione, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Strip e in una zona "tranquilla" di LV. Ottimo prezzo, rispetto alla media della città.

Camere vecchie e un pò sporche. Check in un pò macchinoso. Abbiamo chiesto un kit ago e filo alla reception alle 5pm e non lo abbiamo mai ricevuto. Considerate che vi bloccheranno un ulteriore importo sulla carta per eventuali danni alla camera (se avete un tetto sulla carta di credito considerate anche questa spesa)

Nahe am Strip und dennoch ruhig. Toller Blick, super nette Leute an der Rezeption prima Pool, Grosses Appartement. Klasse Preis / Leistung.

Water pressure in shower was great. Bed was comfortable; not too soft. Free parking was a plus. Rooms interior felt dated but was ok.

Airco felt noisy and loud. Outdoor space wasn't really inviting to sit. Internet / Wifi was down for two days, while that was something we usually use lots as international rates are high with a foreign phone contract. Unfortunately there's wasn't much the Hotel could/wanted to offer as compensation.

Conveniently located near enough to the main strip, with good amenities in the rooms. They were also clean and very spacious for the price. It was also nice to be given a complimentary bottle of wine at check in. A bonus was to have a couple of elec chargers for our rental Tesla.

The building and rooms were a bit aged, but we’re still clean enough.

The hotel is a bit of an offset from the Strip, but not by much. If you don't mind the walk, it's just 10 minutes from the Horseshoe, which has the closest monorail station. And 5 minutes away from bus stations. If you prefer to walk to the strip, allot about 20 to 25 minutes walk to get to where the action is. Location aside, the hotel itself is great value. As a condotel, you get not a room, but a suite complete with working kitchen with range and dishwasher, a washer/dryer, and lots of space.

Not much in terms of amenities. There's a gym and a bar. And if you want food, you can have it delivered to your room (including breakfast). But beyond that, you'll have to go elsewhere. If you want a dining experience, you are encouraged to go next door to the nearby casino.

Location and space in the room

My Tv didn’t work in the living room and no maintenance person available at night and we had to shut down my Saturday night plans in the living room. Still waiting on response from management

The staff at this hotel was amazing. They were always friendly and attentive. There was someone around whenever you needed and they were knowledgeable The location of the hotel is just off of the strip. The views were good, I could see the HighRoller and the sphere (which was pretty cool). The value was perfect. I've stayed at other hotels that were high-end in Vegas before and this one exceeded the high-end hotels.

Hotel without a casino in it. Foot traffic was low but yet close enough to walk to the strip. Room size was enormous.

Had a couple key card issues but easily rectified. Outlet locations aren't the best.

The room was a very nice size and very clean.

The staff was extremely rude and slow.

Quick service, spacious, the view was amazing! A washer and dryer was a bonus - hate traveling back home w dirty clothes. Overall amazing experience for a short amount of time! I will definitely be back.

Locaation and Pool

Great suite, large and spacious, lots of light. Full kitchen fully equipped. Convenient location. Staff was excellent.

Restaurant was closed due to lack of staff.
