The lobby was presentable and the staff was friendly. Glad they offered shuttle service, late check-out, and wake-up calls. The shuttle ride was decent and the bed was comfortable. Wish the pillows were firmer but one out of the four was.
Difficult to pay for incidentals online, would not accept form if it was scanned in, which is ridiculous. Shuttle dropped me off at the wrong building, had to walk extra to get to the right place. Really expensive for not having breakfast included. The food in the "pantry" area was overpriced.

I stayed at this same location before. It has since gone down hill. Only thing I like about the room was the bed. I could compare the cleanliness and quality around to motel 6

The front desk staff was welcoming, However could not help with the lack of security on site.
To start, the entire hotel has a horrible smell of rot/ mold. Once I got to my room, I found that the refrigerator was broken, the towels were stained and had holes in them, the light fixtures did not work, The sheets in the bed were stained , and there were roaches and other insects int he bathroom.

It was overall dirty and my toilet was broken and the shower was leaking all night. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in years.

The airport driver on Friday morning was amazing! The only staff member who was helpful and pleasant.
The staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. They issued me a key that did not work. I had to have my key reprogrammed every time I left my room. I spoke to two people who would not give me a receipt for my stay. They told me I had to contact booking.com who then told me they would call the hotel for the receipt.

The price was affordable
The hotel did not have any clean towels for or 2nd night stay. we ask for towels that Saturday morning the guy said it would be later. I called Sunday morning to get towels the Front desk person said they did not have any clean towels.. Really no towels…

I have never been to a hotel when breakfast wasn’t complemented… we had to pay for breakfast… I traveled all the way from Mississippi and was told Free Breakfast but it was not free..!! That was my only issue

I didn't like the location, appearance, or parking. The appearance of the hotel does not meet the expectations online when booking a room. The room was TOO HIGH for the way the hotel looked. There was no where to park. People standing around using profanity, smoking, and littering.

For some reason my booking reservation paid on September 26 th was not accurate reflected on Hotel systems so it took about 20 minutes find my booking but a nice lady sorted out to see what happened, nevertheless it was a bit disappointed as I was traveling since past 24 hours and too tired so I was expected a faster check in considering I was book and paid upfront USD 142 per night. Even having a booking and payment print screen to show, it took a range of 20- half hour to be in the room.
The Booking.com system failed a bit on reflecting my booking details. I had several issues with Booking.com before but was the cheaper price so far in the websites I know. I need to dig more next time for another booking sites.

Initially, holiday inn was one my “go-tos” for last minutes trips and have been for years. This year holiday broke a streak and it was unacceptable
unhelpful staff, lines of people waiting to get checked in and “mobile check in” wasn’t an option at the time apparently since there were multiple of us with the mobile checkin service we just wanted to make it quick but they still check us in manually and other staff are in the lobby pretending to be busy but really are just lazy.

It's clear that this location has been updated. I'd be curious to know what the newer rooms look like. We stayed in one of the original rooms & it showed. The shower curtain rod was coming loose from the wall & in danger of falling off completely. The bathroom was small & kind of cramped. The air conditioning unit was literally inches from one of the beds, blasting cold air directly into the face(s) of whomever would be sleeping there. We had to use the ironing board to block some of the air so we wouldn't freeze. While I understand you can adjust the temperature in the room (which we did), I wish the unit was adjustable/ had adjustable flaps, meaning the occupant could adjust the direction of air flow either up or down. Also, I don't know why hotels insist on buying the squishiest pillows, because it honestly felt like there was nothing underneath my head at all. I might as well not have used one at all. Firmer pillows would be appreciated.

The air conditioner wasn’t working down stairs and the air conditioner quit working in my room. There was no window cover for the window by the pool so I couldn’t sleep without light coming inside the room. Horrible.

The A/C wasn’t working at the front desk and the staff said that there was no issues with the A/C in the rooms but our room didn’t get as cool as it should have being set to 61

Breakfast was good. The pool was nice and big. The little shop at the front desk had drinks and snacks and some basic toiletries. For the location and the room the price was decent.
The breakfast was good, but it had to be ordered from a limited menu. There was only one young lady running the entire dining room, so the service was slower than what you'd normally expect with a buffet-type breakfast. The hallways were nasty. They looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a couple of weeks, and that leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you're walking to your room for the first (or any) time. The patio area between the bar and the swimming pool was nasty as well and hadn't been swept, blown off, cleaned in quite some time. Just needed some consistent TLC.

We had to go to the front desk to have housekeeping come to our room, after three days no trash was taken out, no coffee left after day 1, we were almost out of toilet paper and no clean towels.
