The tv was lopsided and small the room had a big spider the ac didn’t get cold the pool was not working

The ice was cold. Some staff was accommodating.

The clerks temperament that checked me in, trash. The air stopped working 1st night (2nd night it worked). The beds were horrible. You could feel the springs and frame. After complaining to the same clerk that checked me in the neighbors kept slamming their door, they kept slamming their door.

Location was close to everything we had planned

The hotel was gross. Roaches. Bathtub faucets leaked. Fridge in one of the rooms didn't work. Vending machines didn't work. Etc...

Nothing

Room stunk of weed and bed was uncomfortable could see where the wall was patched up and the door fram was cracked on the bathrorm and main door

The lady in the front that checked me in was really nice and informative. She allowed me to check in a little bit before check in time.

When we got back to the hotel the kiddos wanted to swim in the pool so they wet all our towels before we got to shower. So I went to the front to try to exchange the wet towels for new. The front desk guy noticed one was stained. He said since it's dirty the ladies would throw it away cause they don't wash dirty towels they throw them away and he said there was no way I could only replace the one I needed to pay $30 for a whole new pack and if i didn't I would have to leave the property cause I'm damaging their property. 1st off I know I'm not staying at a fancy hotel so i wasn't expecting it to be the best but for him to make that big of a deal over a dirty towel but they rent out their rooms with a messed up toilet that doesn't flush, or with a broken light fixture, or with the restroom door knob that's broken or restroom door that is all scratched up, or broken furniture. So all the messed up stuff in the room doesn't matter but a dirty towel is such a big deal that I have to pay for a whole new pack if not I'd have to leave the property. So because of that rude front desk guy I will not be going back.

Pool was closed all 3 days I was there. Found roaches in my room a few times.
