The room entry light and reading lights didn’t work. Bathroom is small and layout not great.

Parking is tight. Not a problem for us. Heard other people talking about it.

The facility was so clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast as there was a good variety of food.The location was perfect for the activities we had planned.

Well located. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. We missed the breakfast provided at hotel, so Cracker Barrel became our go to, just steps away. The shuttle service was the best for $10 return trip per person.

The staff was friendly and checked us in quickly. Our king-bed room was huge, but may not be representative of all the rooms, Location was great for visiting the Grand Ole Opry close by, but not walking distance for most. The price was much better than equivalent rated hotels in that area.

The hot breakfast was cold the day we were there. The breakfast attendant was microwaving your plate to heat things up. I was concerned that this might be a health violation. I was assured it was a temporary problem and I hope they fixed it.

I onlt have one complaint. I have severe migraines and you couldn't use the bathroom without turning on the loud fan.

The hotel was clean and within walking distance of a few bars. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Easy access to Opry Mills and plenty of food and entertainment.

Parking can get a little tight on weekends.

Location was great. I loved that there was a shuttle bus to go downtown.

YOUR STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE. WE HAD A MISHAP ON TRANSPORTATION FROM OPRYLAND AND WE CALLED THE COMFORT INN.HURSTON YOUR EMPLOYEE ACTUALLY CAME AND PICKED US UP AFTER HIS SHIFT WAS OVER AND BROUGHT US BACK TO OUR ROOM.I WAS AMAZED THAT HE WOULD DO THIS FOR US.HURSTON WENT OVER AND ABOVE AND WE WILL NEVER FORGET HIS KINDNESS THANKS
