Clean and good location to where we were going.

The breakfast was okay. Could have had a few more options

The pool area was very nice and clean. The temperature wasn't too cold and the hot tub was great. The manager contacted us after departure about a laptop that we left behind and offered to ship it to us (at our cost, which is right & fair). Management was friendly and asked several times about our stay and if we had any needs.

The fire alarm went off twice while we were there, once on arrival (around 7PM) and once at 745 on the morning of departure. No cinnamon rolls! We were all disappointed! The night staff wasn't very friendly.

Bathroom lighting made it hard to see.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

They were doing some renovations on the second floor right over our room and it got a little noisy.

The service , location, breakfast and everything was clean. Good shower product (dove) . Love the bead so comfortable.

Location of the hotel was good. Close to Dillsboro and Sylva and easy access to major roads. Staff was pleasant.

The breakfast was poorly stocked. The pancake machine was not working properly. We were told they had no extra bags for the pancakes and had to wait until the next day. It was out of service on the last day. Out of fruit and biscuits on the last day and we were there early.

Beds were comfy, location was convenient but ugly with dead RVs all across the front yard of the hotel.

They really need to stop using powdered eggs, they are so gross. Never told us the pool was out.
