That online my confirmations came in the following morning of check in and when they were fixed I never received the emails in time. Wasted money.

This MOTEL needs to be taken OFF BOOKING.COM THE PLACE IS RUN DOWN AND DIRTY. We had to stay two of the 3 nights we booked. Multiple guests checked out to go to other hotels. HORRIBLE.

infestation of bed bugs. need to be exterminated. room 233. I am sure the adjoining rooms on both sides should be treated as well. I have a photo of a live bed bug found on bed.

The 50.00 security deposit, did not say anything about it on the web site. I stayed in a lot of hotels and never paid this at any other hotels before will not be going there again.

Mold, cigarette smoke throughout hotel, stained carpet.

Hallways were dirty. Parking lot covered in trash. Felt unsafe there

staff were really nice and friendly, we had free parking. rooms were spacious . very accessible to malls with the town

the toilet was a bit stained inside so probably adding a toilet brush would be nice . just incase u want to personally clean it . n doors a bit creeky.

The room was dirty, with food crumbs, dirt and small leftover items in all corners. The bathroom mirror was streaked with soap/toothpaste splashes. The entire wood floor was a sticky mess. Many surfaces looked as if they had not been wiped clean in months. The sheets and towels were the only clean things in the room. Room phone was not connected.

Initially the price, but after arriving I quickly realized I had made a mistake because the hotel looked and smelled old.

I chose this hotel because of the price and reviews, but I'm not sure how this hotel was rated 4 out 5 stars because it turned out not to be a good value in my opinion. The hotel looked and smelled old. The hallway carpet was dingy, the bed springs squeaked, and the free breakfast consisted of individual boxed cereal, milk, and coffee...it was pretty pathetic to be honest. I would rate this hotel as 2 stars, no higher, and personally will not be back; I'd be willing to pay a little more to stay at a Marriott, Doubletree, Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn, the only reason I didn't was because of the reviews I read and the photos which made the hotel look better than it really was.
