No Problem with a very late check in, The young lady at the desk checking in was wonderful, kind and very courteous. Very well priced. Ac was cold upon arrival when it was 110 outside Dennys right next door with a 10% discount.

Room was pretty nice , there was only sheets on the bed , maybe normal with the good ac ? The pillows were horrible, with almost no fluff to them at all, one of the outlets by the door did not have a cover plate on it so glad my grandkids weren't there and the 2 packs of shampoo in the shower were used already. I could have reached out to the office for any of these but didn't. The low 300 numbered rooms are pretty noisy from traffic and workers in the next room were cutting,sawing and hammering just around 7 , 730am?? Why?

It’s location. It’s right behind Dennys. It’s a 30 second walk. Arby’s is right next door! Burger King is across the street. The Dennys give hotel guest 10% off every meal. That was a plus.

It’s so outdated! I mean extremely! All rooms smell like cigarettes it was horrible. This is not a hotel to stay at if you are a single female. Very very sketchy! No refunds here so make sure you know it’s very ghetto. I am a single female building a home in the area so looked for the cheapest hotel to save money. Another guest that had been flirtatious and very creepy the day prior was able to call my room at 3:40 am in the morning. I thought it was my husband so I answered the phone. He was all the way in Ohio, so I thought it might’ve been in emergency. I pick up and the perv said hello” I replied..who’s this..his reply “I seen your profile” I slammed the phone down call my husband, then called the Kingman police. They came, and did an investigation. escorted me to my car and to the front desk to check out of the horrible place. I will never stay there again ever!!! That Hotel should make it to where other hotel guess cannot randomly call other guests hotel rooms. That’s very unsafe! I have never been so afraid. Lesson learned… never pick a hotel just because it’s cheap. Always remember it’s cheap for a reason.

It was warm. Had a fridge and a microwave. And was pretty clean and could smoke in the room

Super dirty even non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. They’ll bring unasked for towels but not needed toilet paper.

Staff told us we had figure out the TV by yourself so we had to go but our own HDMI cord to watch TV. There was food left in refrigerator along with empty bottles of water. Then my daughter goes to take a bath and the shower rod fell on her while she was washing her hair, not once but twice. Then it also fell in me. Staff said they don't have maintenance at this time and basically take care of it ourselves. Then I was showering and it fell right against my left breast cause a small scratch I was pissed. Anyway went seen couple of friends came back and we could hear this dripping and finally got out of bed to look and I was shocked they didn't notice it before but it was a large area of soaking wet up in the shower full of mold with hole and the whole the whole corner of the ceiling was just run I told staff for the two days we were there that that was happening and I got no response no reply and when I asked to go to refund because the second I wouldn't even sleep there because my daughter you know is allergic to come old so we didn't even stay in the room and we came back early the next morning got our belongings and left and they finally came when we were leaving and asked can we look at that now you want we were leaving and they're still sending me messages we didn't cancel our reservation which is where booking.com suck that because we did cancel my reservation through booking.com however booking.com didn't report it to the hotel I would never ever reckon anybody to stay here.

The mold and hole in the shower. the shower Rod's falling on us the stuff left in the refrigerator oh had to run up to Walmart at 9:00 at night to buy an HDMI cord so that we could watch TV was outrageous too and telling us that there was no maintenance on site or that they didn't have a maintenance is unacceptable nobody should have to be treated like that especially when they pay full price for a hotel room because booking.com failed to cancel the reservation for a week and make it for three nights instead so they were unwilling to work with us and give us this kind of price we have to pay full price for that room which is ridiculous. The staff are rude a lazy and disrespectful.

the “mechanisms “ all over were in disarray like example, doors are not fully shutting or draft between gaps in doors, walls or windows. not functional to open many windows at all.
