The front desk brought me a ironing board.

The room was very outdated. They need to thoroughly clean the rooms, not just make up beds and exchange towels. The room needed a good wipe down.

It was a nice room with comfortable bed and furniture, close by parking and a large fridge and decent kitchenette and coffee maker. Towels were good, not scratchy as were the bed linens.

Room was a bit smaller than it appeared online. The room pictured had a loveseat-size couch shown but my room had a stuffed chair. The proximity to the highway makes for continual background noise. I had thought it was a bit further from the highway. Maybe it's a lot quieter on the N. side of the building.

I liked that it had a full kitchen. It had everything that was needed to cook and eat.

I didn't like that the first room smelled like smoke, was supposed to be a non smoking. I asked to be moved and they complied. Didn't like that I had to ask for blow dryer, iron and board.

No breakfast was available. The staff was nice and friendly.

The mattresses are old and worn. The water pressure was poor and waited too long for hot water.

We were in the room 5 miniutes and the roaches where coming out the walls and table so we left the room and whent to a different hotel the laquenta hotel instead of staying at the suburban hotel instead they only refunded half of the hotel purchased stay but took a full week to refund the money

Pest control

The customer service was great and I'm doing a commentating me when needed good morning please was very user friendly

And they were doing construction in the room next to your life but they never said anything about that so that was some loud noises the only way to just been nice to know
