The bathroom door would not stay open and the bathroom was small

Housekeeping didn't clean the room properly. Most of the time, there was something that wasn't done. Reception was un responsive and not at all helpful. Breakfast was un appetising. Same every day. After 2 days, we stopped having it.

Excellent service at the front desk. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location for attending the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Staff, cleanliness.

It was a convenient location. Also the girls who worked the breakfast the days we were there were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. They bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we wanted/needed for our 11 month old. They were great! They kept everything stocked and always had smiles on their faces!

The elevators were really small and twice they got stuck. They definitely need some maintenance

takes a while for water to get hot. about 2min. but it was nice other than that.

The Breakfast was excellent. Everything was very clean. The rooms were spacious.

Well, our only complaint was about the beds. The beds were comfortable but VERY high off of the ground. We have never seen a bed this high before. This was a challenge for a short 5'3" 60+ year old woman and even for her 5'11" husband. I literally had to move a chair near the bed and climb up on the chair in order to climb up onto the bed.
