Nice and clean. All employees were very nice except the lady cooking breakfast.
The lady cooking the breakfast was HATEFUL both days we were there. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

the beds were comfy
the front desk staff was rude. the floors everywhere were filthy. Our room was dirty. Definitely not worth $189 per night.

Cleanliness of the room. The bathroom were nice and clean.
It wasn't enough cover to protect 5 people through the night...but we were ok. I called down for extra linen but I suppose the front desk forgot. She said she would call back when she were done with guest.

The indoor pool was cold as Alaska, couldn't swim at all.very,very disappointed.

The location was easy to find and very close to my friends who lived down the street in Memphis.
There weren't any cons, honestly.

Booking auto paid to Hampton, booked a room for an associate, was not able to split the bill. My CC said Hampton, front counter said pre-paid, did not get honors points

The bed was uncomfortable and noisy - it creaked every time one of us moved.

Location was amazing since I was working at the Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. Breakfast was ok. I would love a waffle.
