I booked a 2 queen room for my friend and I and when I arrived, refused to give me the room I booked and gave me a 1 bed room with a hot tub. Would not honor my booking. It was 2 men traveling together and I didn't appreciate the 1 bed. I had to sleep in the floor.

Banging on the door by a housekeeper 15 minutes before official checkout time…

The front desk clerk was helpful in finding us a room where we could park our car and trailer in a spot that was out of the way, but still visible from the room.

This was by and far the WORST lodging experience I have EVER had. In fact we were in the room for about 5 minutes before we decided that we would just give up our payment and find another hotel that was clean. The room smelled like an ashtray, the bottom sheet on the bed was stained and clearly hadn't been changed since the last occupant, and the bathroom smelled like a sewer. There was also a jacuzzi tub in the room next to the bed (???) and based on the overall smell and lack of cleanliness in the rest of the room, I would never consider using that jacuzzi. I would have loved to have gotten my money back, but the single front desk clerk was clearly overwhelmed, so the juice just wasn't worth the squeeze.

T.v. could turn on, but no channels. Had to go back to adjust room twice before i was given one, in that same process, whether intentional or not, i felt like i was treated like a child after first room was unresponsive to keys, second time around i was given a room that someone else already had (didnt know each other) and finally getting the third one he checked the room to make sure it worked, which is fine, but it almost seemed like he thought it was my incompetence, and not that the specific location is not complete, nor quality. Roads were just finished, so maybe soon they will start building and repairing things to make the location better.

Work was being done on the front of our area....workers were cursing and yelling back and forth to each other....very unpleasant!

The only issue I had with our stay was an older woman sleeping on the ground at the end of our building and the manager telling her to move about 400 feet away behind another companys building she had all her belongings to carry and was 70 years old she couldn't carry all this things that far she had been there all day and night not bothering anyone my husband helped her move her things a little farther away the manager could have used a little compassion in my opinion!
