Not being rushed to checkout, the location, privacy, breakfast selection, room clean and both times I've stayed at the hotel all of the amenities included with room in working order, plumbing decent, water hot, great shower head, spacious tub

Parking for guests with rooms located in the very front of the building is ridiculously tight for what appears to be no good reason I understand.

Me gustó la ubicación, el precio, la limpieza del cuarto pero no así la limpieza de acondicionador de aire que olía a cigarrillo. Deben prohibir fumar en las habitaciones

El teléfono no servía para llamar. Al llegar y abrir la puerta el cuarto olía a cigarrillo

The rooms weren’t clean. It stunk

Convenience and clean. Room was nice and roomy.

The hot water heater was not working properly which made taking our showers difficult! We would have the temperature where we wanted it and then it would all of a sudden go extremely hot and burn us and then go the opposite direction and be extremely cold. It would do this thru our entire shower. I informed the front desk who let maintenance know but maintenance said it was a new water heater and couldn’t get to it until Monday to check it out. This was unacceptable and we should be compensated for this inconvenience for 3 days!!!

Was convenient to everything

Was very disappointed in the pool, was not clean when we got there, mentioned it to the manager a day or two into our stay, was same condition when we left, the pool was have the reason we picked the hotel

The breakfast options were comprehensive and tasty!

The floor in the bathroom felt sticky. There were red-brownish stains on the towels, the sheets in the bed, the curtains, and the armchair. The cleanness of the room and bathroom was questionable. The water pressure in the shower was low.

The staff were amazing even late at night! I put the wrong card in and she was more than happy to help me change it. Very wonderful staff and pretty comfortable and affordable.

I wish I could’ve accessed Netflix or any app on the tv but it didn’t really matter because they had live tv.
