Staff was helpful & nice. Close to beach.

Room smelled like mildew. Perhaps caused by ac unit needing to be cleaned? Otherwise room was neat & clean.

Room was very neat and larger than others we’ve stayed at. Pool was terrific and so was proximity to the beach. The assigned room was awkward near rear of the property and on a low level in a corner behind the stairs - so not great; next time we’d request an upper level at least.

Short walk to the beach. Quiet area for a stay.

The motel is well maintained, the staff is friendly, the cleaning staff is diligent. There is plenty of parking. The motel is located only a block from the beach, an easy walk. The pool is large and clean. It was nice that grills were provided so you didn't need to go out to eat, which in this area is a very expensive proposition.

If I had a complaint (which I don't), the air conditioner was loud! I fixed that by changing the setting from Cool to Energy Saving.

Motel is a very clean, convenient place to stay in LBI. It is a basic motel with “no frills,” but that being said they had a lovely pool and great location. Bike rentals are right around the corner, and the distance to Bay Village is very short.

Very friendly staff, no issues checking in/out or having my friends check into their own room under my reservation. Great location in Beach Haven (1.4 miles from anything and everything you would want), Wi-Fi was great (I had to work while I was there), room was clean, water pressure great, free ice, beach badges provided, fairly sizeable mini fridge for the room, and bed was comfy!!

A few flies in the room accompanied by a motel branded flyswatter so we are sure they are aware of the issue. Had to wear slippers or socks in the room as the floor didn’t feel 100% clean but this is also a. beach motel and we were on the 1st floor, no big deal. The hairdryer sparked so I didn’t use it, again not a big deal to me.
