Continental but very fresh, very attentive staff member monitoring it; bagels, bread, rolls, multiple cereal choices etc.

The bathroom

The fridge wasn’t plugged. The noise of the people outside and kids running in the hallway late at night. Breakfast was only bread and cereal and yogurt no hot breakfast

The location was the only thing appealing for this property.

The hallways upon check in had the strong smell of air freshner that was overwhelming. Furniture was old. The bathroom needs updating. The free breakfast certainly needs to be imroved with the quality of food and the coffee cups were too small.

Location was good for our visits. Staff was helpful.

The staff and manager were extremely friendly and helpful.

unfortunately the beautiful tile hallways of the hotel smelled like marijuana and I was in the no smoking section. Late into the early morning hours there were noises, banging and people speaking loudly until 3 AM and I couldn’t sleep.

It didn’t explode so that’s acceptable.

when we got there we were given the very last room along a very long hallway. The fridge in our room was off and was not responsive. Our bathroom sink flooded all over the floor and our toilet didn’t work. The front desk was of little to no help and told us to be grateful. we changed rooms 3 times and in our final room, the stove didn’t work and our phone didn’t work. There was also a blackout while we were there and before that, the elevator was out of service for our entire trip.
