Janet at check-in was very helpful and gave us great advise where to eat dinner. Breakfast was very good with great variety offered. Amy was very nice checking us out and wished us a nice and safe day. Will stay there again when we're back this way.

This must be an older Hampton, it's not the quality we usually find with the Hampton chain. Granted the hotel is just a stop for us on the way home, but our room was on the highway side and I-40 is packed with trucks and loud all night long.

Hard beds, noisy elevator

We booked a king room. The room was far away from the elevator. I asked the front desk clerk to change us to a room closer to the elevator. She gladly helped us.

Breakfast was bland.

Friendly staff great room overall

Shower wall soap and shampoo containers were empty. Discovered while taking a shower. Had to ask for product the next day. Went without first night.

Hotel is a little older and in need of a refresh but the friendly staff makes up for it and the hotel is very clean. Would reccommend.

I asked for room NOT NEXT TO I-40 I overlookedI-40 AND AN RV TRAILER if I wanted to stay in a TRAILER PARK I would have. Check out was a disaster. I was lucky I asked for paper receipt which reflected INCORRECT RATE AND I discovered a $200 charge to my CC NOT Disclosed upon check in. NEVER AGAIN. Staff was incredibly SWEET while telling me booking.com cared about what room I stayed in. I travel extensively and HAMPTON INN is OFF MY ITINERARY PERMANENTLY.
