Location, clean,staff was amazing! One of the best Hampton Inns we have stayed at.

Breakfast was good-

The front desk person was not friendly or nice. Unfortunately, she did not read our reservation which requested a bottom floor, nor did she know that we had a pet, which I indicated in the reservation. She never made eye contact with me. She was more interested in dancing to the music that was playing rather than being welcoming to her guests. Not staying here anymore.

the hotel looked new and clean and the beds were so comfortable. The cookies at check in were a welcome treat after a day of driving.

Everything was great.

The room has plenty of space for the whole family and was very clean. It was conveniently located next to lots of stores and restaurants and very easy to find. Our desk clerk, Payden, was super patient and even though she had a whole line of people needing stuff from her, she took it all in stride and never lost her cool or seemed overwhelmed. Breakfast was delicious.

the staff was rude, the breakfast area was super small and a lot of guests had to eat standing up at breakfast peak hour

this was a dog friendly spot; friendly staff, automatic water fountains to fill up your water bottles, fresh ice tea in the lobby—just nice touches to make one’s stay comfortable!

It was clean and a good location.

The cost to have my dog along. He is 14 years old and hard of hearing. $75.00 to have him in the room was ridiculous, I don't think that is considered friendly. No barking, no accidents in the room and no bother to anyone. If you charge that much you should check the room out before check out and with no problem in the room return a portion of that cost.

It was nice to have breakfast available at the hotel. Convenient location. Comfortable beds, very nice towels.

The microwave hadn’t been cleaned after the last guest used it. There were still remains and odor of the pizza that was cooked.

We will defiantly stay at the Hampden Inn, Salina however we are going to request a room on the interior of the hotel. He were on the 3rd floor with the window street side and in line with the front of the hotel. Although a great view, it was fairly noisy (loud cars, racers) causing it to be noisy into the night. About 1p.m., it was silent and perfect. Thank you having quiet appliances in the room. Some hotels with refrigerators can be very loud. We walked into the room to find the TV remote had been cleaned and placed in a plastic protector, added pleasure.
