The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

-The TV remote in the bedroom did not work. -Our keycard did not access the rear entrance like we were told it would and noticed this was true with other guests as well.

I enjoyed the room size and the full sized fridge. The bathroom was a good size.

The beds were hard and not as comfortable as we expected for the money. It made my back hurt which is a problem for someone who is older.

Everything was clean, modern, comfortable, and homey.

The breakfast was great, the location was good. We liked how it was kind of tucked back in a more peaceful setting

I liked the location. Even though it was near a major highway it was very quiet. Checkin was easy and the room had plenty of space

The shower could have used some work. The caulking was cracking.

Upon arrival I was placed in a room with a view of the basketball court. I asked to be moved to a room away from the activity outside and to a room with a nice view. (I explained that I never get vacations, so this work trip was a special treat for me). So I ended up with a lovely view of the parking lot….. too tired to argue….. I just settled. I’m not one to complain often, so I just was grateful for the move away from the basketball court.

The front office staff especially Micheal at this facility is brilliant, He knows the systems and handles all requests. The breakfast ladies and housekeeping staff are fantastic. This is our second stay here and it has only gotten better.
