Location

The smell in the room and the water pressure.

Breakfast was generous though they ran out of bacon very early each of the three mornings we stayed. Staff were friendly. Hot water was plentiful.

The pool was closed for maintenance, unfortunate but can’t be helped. Bath could have used a safety/grab bar to climb in and out for showering.

Great location right off 64 and 5 minutes from the horse show we were attending. The room was quite large and clean. My only issue was the oatmeal in the breakfast bar. There was no microwave or hot water for cooking it (unless you went into the lobby and took hot water from the coffee bar). I survived. :)

it was a poop area and the staff was friendly

the water was extremely cold and we couldn’t enjoy swimming. also I had some issues with my room

that the pool was on the 2nd floor and there was not a way for me to get there as i really can't handle steps and there is no elevator

It was clean and in a great location. Loved that the sink and mirror were outside of the bathroom.

The breakfast was really nice. Staff was friendly. Place was comfy and clean. It is just off the I 64 exit so it is convenient for travelers, but I didn't notice highway noise. Very nice overall experience.
