It was very clean. Close to our granddaughter’s graduation at USC-Sumter.

The beds were uncomfortable. This was the worst mattress I have ever slept on at a Hampton Inn. I have stayed at Hampton Inns many times and choose them for their comfortable beds because I have fibromyalgia. The mattresses in room 325 are horrible and not up to Hilton standards. I had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep because of hip and back pain caused by the hard mattress. A terrible night for me. When we arrived at the front desk we had to ring the counter bell. Heaven, was slow to come out from the back, was not friendly, and sounded like a robot as she gave hotel instructions. Not a good beginning to our stay. The in-room coffee service did not have coffee stirrers. The coffee tastes bad as it is, but the half teaspoon of sugar in the napkin package was pathetic, and not enough for the size of cup offered. I’m not sure if this is how all Hampton Inn in-room coffee service is or if it is just this hotel. Very disappointed as my husband and I prefer having coffee in our room instead of going down for breakfast.
