the front desk was very nice however. I did not like that the lady who cleaned the room entered without knocking two occasions

too many people hang out at night by the room doors and the lady who cleans the room did not knock just used their card to enter on two separate occasions that I was laying watching tv and another when I was sleeping .

They charged my credit card an hour before my husband even arrived. He planned to use his card but mine was used for the reservation. When he arrived with our girls, they wanted to increase the rate for more people. They are minors and should not increase our rate.

It was quite the room was clean and the cleaning lady make sure you had clean towels and bathrags

The 1st room we were put in had mold on the ceiling over the shower area, When we said something the guy at the desk came and looked at it saying that they had a leak in the room above and had not had time to paint over it, We were not offer another room, until we called the Motel 6 complaint number and they said to go ask for another room, which we did and was given a handicap room. We asked for more pillows for medical reasons and was told that there was none, when another guess over hear he offered us the pillows he was not using, There was only 2 towels in the room and there was 3 of us when we asked for more we were also told they only do 2 towels per room. Even the 2nd room was not cleaned to standards but it didn't have mold in it, The tv would not work with the remote and we had to have them come down and look at it was told that you have to turn it on and the volume up from the tv its self

the staff. we’re very friendly as well as the guest there. loved the big tub. the air was super cold which was awesome in 100+ degree weather

we didn’t have a key to get in had to be let in by front office each time my parents had a room that the door didn’t lock. bed was hard.

The cleaning staff was through and attentive.

The bed was not supportive/saggy in the center. :( Not comfortable.

the rooms air conditioning was not good and it smelled bad. The room looked run down and like it hadn’t been cleaned or completely finished with possible renovations. There was paint on the comforter and patch spots on the wall. This place needs to be cleaned and renovated.

I booked a room. When I arrived I was informed that my confirmation wasn't present in their system.after a few minutes I was informed that they had received the confirmation but my card was declined. When I asked about it they in formed me that a Mastercard in my name was declined.ive never owned a Mastercard for 1 plus I used a visa card with the same card numbers showing on the email from Booking .Com confirmation email.i had to pay with the same card again at the motel.i expect no less than a full refund of the.63dollars and change.1 charge not 2.

All was well and I'd stay there again. In fact, I'm sure my wife and I will do just that in the near future.

The door did not shut completely and light came through. It was so bad my 2 year old grandson was scared.

They don't have breakfast. They only had coffee, and it was terrific.

The tv doesn't have the option to see a movie without having to pay for it.
