I opted for the very end of a long hall , but worth it because it was quiet around me.

The casino was set up nice. Everyone was nice and helpful. The hotel room was very nice for the price!
The shower in the room was backwards. You couldn't turn the water on without getting hit with cold water.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The coffee shop was fabulous.
it needs some TLC. The rooms need painting in patches. I worked out in the Exercise Room - the remote didn’t work (needs new batteries) and no mats or big towels for floor workouts. The location is not near anything else. The hotel restaurants closed VERY early esp considering it’s a casino and it’s Friday and Saturday night. No place to walk outdoors (limited sidewalks). No bag for dirty or wet clothes.

Unbeatable to attend a concert. Staff is phenomenal, and will address any concerns immediately.
We aren't too big on gambling.

I like the place for being so close to the amphitheatre. Makes it an easy safe way to get from a venue to the hotel and bqck
No breakfast, no real door for a bathroom, casino first hotel second type of place. Way more money than what the place seemed to be worth.

Smoking allowed on property. Stinky smelly from the moment we entered the building from the garage. The door to the bathroom allowed very little privacy. Who puts a barn door on a bathroom? No toiletries provided and this is not a cheap hotel. The hair dryer didn't work. The iron didn't work. The room was hot despite turned temp down as far as it goes.

price, outdated, not convenient to go to shows at their amphitheater. Cost $30 to get a ride less than a mile on their property. should be included in ticket cost.

The room has a big spider in the shower, toliet broken and ran all night. Ladies at front desk were very rude to myself as well as a man in front of me. The hallway was dirty had multiple stains on the carpet, food and looked like someone threw up. Hallway had a horrible smell. I arrived with my sister and we were separated on different floors. Casino has outdated slot machine and it smelled like smoke.
