Clean and good location

Great location, nice staff.

Modern room, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Great shower. Very nice breakfast and nice fitness center. In the midst of downtown and very nice.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Location was great. Staff very friendly.

-Breakfast room too small to accommodate guests. So busy couldn't get a table to eat, ended up eating elsewhere. Recommend if you want breakfast to go as soon as they open. -Signage around the hotel not great, took a bit to find the front door. Wasn't sure which entrance to use with kids so as not to go through casino. -pocket door to the bathroom in the room was difficult to open and close. Wasn't a great choice of door for a hotel room.

The rooms were clean and comfortable

I needed a connecting room so I could be able to check on my mother, and she could just come and see us instead. we were in 11, and she was in 15

The breakfast was excellent. The sweet lady who took care of the breakfast room was outstanding!! She deserves a raise. She is an asset to your company!

I reserved our room at a certain price and have confirmation. However, when I arrived I was billed a higher price. I told the front desk and they said it was due to incidentals that we might occur. Well, we had NO incidentals and price is still on the bill. Why would you charge for incidentals when we didn’t have any??? If we did have incidentals then you could charge for them at that time. You had our credit card number!!! Frustrating!

We loved it there. Staff was super nice, everyone was super friendly. Breakfast was good, room was awesome. And bonus- Starbucks was downstairs. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Location was great. Bed was very comfy.

Garbage truck picking up the hotel’s trash at 5 am. very loud for about 1/2 hr after which we couldn’t get back to sleep. The staff were very apologetic and offered a 15% discount even though we didn’t request any compensation. Classy.

I liked the suite we had.was very nice

The only thing we didn't like was the cigarette smoke that came in through the AC units from the employees smoking below outside.

The elevator was not working for the full weekend - we were on the fourth floor and did a lot of stairs! They should have told us before check-in

Great location, free convenient parking, staff at check in was extremely courteous and helpful.

Well, … just one thing. Taking the only elevator out of service without notice on a weekend night is never ok. Lugging bags up to 3rd floor room put a negative spin on the entire experience.

elevator was broken, husband and I have health problems we are on the 4th floor making it very hard on us. they could have moved us to 1st floor

The trolley stop is right outside of the hotel. There is a casino, Starbucks and restaurants inside of the hotel. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel. Awesome

The elevator was down for the two days we were there. All rooms are on the upper floors so everything had to be carried up and down stairs.
