The pool was great

beautiful property. the fact they allow dogs.

No doggie day care. if they had doggie day care I would of spent more money at the resort.

I appreciated the location and amenities

the lack of control of the temperature of the room. fireplace all or nothing and wall heat didn’t seem to be functioning so….I lost sleep cooling the room with the door open…which I don’t feel safe doing when I travel alone.

The bed was so uncomfortable and we went to the attic for dinner and it was freezing.

sauna wasn’t functional hot tub wasn’t filled up passed the neck jets so it was extremely loud not relaxing at all

Amazing staff, great views, great room minus a few issues.

Broken shower valve that went from cold to scalding hot with no happy medium. Keurig coffee machine leaked water all over the tray it was on. Balcony was in thorough need of cleaning, and the door to the balcony was iffy at best. Menu at both Salishan eateries were lacking. No meat items on breakfast menu, and very few meat items on dinner menu. Thankfully they had a delightful turkey sandwich available in the refrigerator.

The room was spacious

The quality of the bed and bed linens were extremely poor. The "down" comforter was not down and was summertime thin. I had to call and ask for extra comforters. There were no robes. The fireplace did not work, and the staff was unable to fix it and did not offer us another room. The bathroom offered very little in regard to amenities ie q-tips, and such. There was no proper restaurant, only a cafe. The hot tub was not the least bit inviting and barren. The sauna/steam rooms were not co-ed and were located in male/female restrooms. What is being offered is not worth the cost.

we were unable to go on porch and enjoy the view because the door was stuck and would not open. did not feel clean after taking a shower because we found a huge hair ball from a previous guest left on the wall.

everything so old, so loud, you can hear all your neighbours, pool and spa not clean, really old. sauna did not work. bad uncomfortable!!!!

Great location.

I stayed here about a decade ago and no maintenance or improvements have happened since. The property, though nice, is very dated.

Intense sunlight in dining room and no blinds to lower on the windows.

Staff was very friendly and informative.

Room wasn’t what I was expecting for price, outdated and not clean.
