the location was good stayed at other hamptons and they were great

they had a toilet seat on the toilet that wasnt the right size had a round seat on a oval toilet also the pool was filthy the air conditioner diidnt work and the two rooms i booked turned into one the whole experience was aweful and everything wrong at the hotel they blamed on booking.com

The 2 employees at the afternoon check in. Very kind and helpful.

Clean the pool and the pool area. It looked like mud puddles. We didn't want to put our bare feet down. The pool was so filthy my granddaughter said there were cats in the pool. It was huge clumps and balls of hair everywhere
