Rooms not cleaned,no fresh linen and staff that was present was rude

The suite was mediocre in the cleanliness area. The pillows were horrible. Breakfast was disgusting. There wasn’t a hair dryer. The halls smelled like weed.

The bed was soft. Shower pressure was great.

No vents inside the restroom for the humidity from showering. Having a nightly alarm coming from the AC vent.

I liked the location and the people at the front desk were really nice and helpful.

Our maid named Sheldon was rude and and did a terrible job of cleaning our room. There was chicken crumbs in the kitchen drawers, the room was dusty, the closet door was broken and just sitting inside the closet. I asked Sheldon for more towels so we could clean since we did get a early check-in and he acted like I was bothering him and rudely asked me is that it. He even went so far as to give me a dirty look in front of several of his co-workers at breakfast. This guy should never work with the public. We were there to bury a loved one and this guy treated us like crap in our time of mourning. Even his coworkers agreed he was rude. Why would you have a guy like that dealing with your paying customers. As long as you have people like that working there I won't be back.

The AC did not work properly and the staffing knew as they had turned off the breaker. But due to being fully booked they continued to rent out the room.

Uncomfortable couch and Hyde a way bed. Rude workers very rude

Everything was nice but the bed was hard to sleep on. But overall it was good.

Room smelled like old smoke

Location was great, close to my dog show activity

had to have a physical key to enter the exterior doors which was a little inconvenient when taking dogs out to potty

Very good cleanliness, awesome breakfast, the bed was comfortable though the pillows needed an update for sure. The location was also great with lots of stores and restaurants near by.

The pillows and the sofa bed mattress were quite thin.

Bathrooms are just to outdated feels like a RV or trailer bathroom.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Quiet hotel. Comfy bed. Good water pressure.

I felt like I was home. The staff from the moment I enter were super nice and accommodating. Even the breakfast staff made us feel at home. Will stay here everytime!
