Room was spacious, bigger than expected.
Toilet wasn’t firmly attached to the floor, I notified the front desk when I checked out.
Pillow are too thick.

Very basic.
The building smelled badly, thin walls and floors, water pressure in toilet was poor, the mini fridge made noise all night, breakfast was really basic, had to keep blinds shut all the time so workers smoking behind the new china restaurant, right behind our room out back wouldn't keep looking in the windows. Overpriced for what was advertised. Would have done better for cheaper next door at Comfort Suites or Econolodge. Very disappointing experience.

Room was comfortable. Sheets on bed were not form fit and so any tossing and turning caused the sheets to come loose from the bed.
Parking lot under construction and so parking was VERY limited. The best parking spaces were empty because they were reserved for TESLA parking. Absolutely ridiculous. Three spaces for TESLA's? Obviously you are expecting a different clientele than what you have. Your "green" BS is counterproductive for people who might actually use your property!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We have a child with allergies and they took the time to tell us what was in the various breakfast foods so we could pick wisely.
There were no downsides for us during this stay.

Clean large room and quiet location on the 3rd floor.
The breakfast was not good. The eggs were dry and crumbly and the bacon was super greasy. No fresh fruit was available.

The breakfast was great!
I waited for 30 minutes waiting for someone to be at the desk to check in. There was a sign stating will be right back. Finally called the hotel and as soon as the phone rang someone came out from what appeared to be an office.

Location was good for where we needed to go.
Whenever the person above us walked around it sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in. Very loud when people were talking in the hallways at night.
Mold on the ceiling in bathroom.
Breakfast food was lacking in variety and supply. Garbage cans were overflowing. No napkins out.

The room was much nicer than many we've stayed in lately. Clean, large, comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was pretty good with several choices. Dana, who checked us in, was very pleasant.

Beer cans, alcohol bottle and cigarette package in between blankets and pillows in closet. Made stay feel dirty.

Appreciated Greek yogurt rather than regular.
Coffee - both the in room and breakfast bar.- was TERRIBLE. Not hot, weak.

Walls are very thin. I could hear everything above and beside me. People in the property were sketchy lots of yelling and slamming doors in the middle of the night. The bed was very uncomfortable
