I loved that the rooms were very clean, and they smelled so good!! Also the hotel staff were very friendly!

arrived at night and it’s almost all dark outside … smells musky inside and like cigarette smoke . we went to our room and it had an awful smell , the air was thick and smelled like mildew and bad body Oder . we checked the sheets for bugs of any kind and made sure the sheets were clean , slept the worst night of my life and got up early and left asap. we won’t be going back .

Room keys did not work to get into the buildings nor did they work to get into the room. Once we gained access to the room if we left we had to leave the door open to the room and the building. Very inconvenient.

The photos of the hotel look good but the hotel is old and has a musty smell. It is definitely not as nice as the photos.

Front desk person that checked us in was very friendly.

Booked 4 rooms for 3 nights. One room had no hot water. One room had a broken toilet. One room didn’t have a blow dryer. Maintenance took fridge full of food out of one of our rooms and put it in Simone else’s room. Ice machine didn’t work in one building and my aunt staying in one of the rooms fixed it.

The only good thing about my stay there was that it was relatively close to the event I had

My room was not clean, there was dusty just about everywhere, die flies on the window, toilet smelled and lot like urinate, the carpet seemed not vacuumed, my refrigerator froze my daughters milk, pool was closed, I had to take my kids to paradise cove. I booked for the pool and it was closed because the pump was not working and I didn’t see anyone go out there to fix it.

location is a bit out of the way, but not too far. my husband said the shower was tiny, but he had no issues using it.

how quick check in was

the bed sheets were super wrinkled and looked dirty and the windows are like paper thin so after a power nap I got back on the road cause the birds were soo loud the toilet looked dirty and the young child who checks people in was less than excited to see a human walk in to get a room
