It was clean, large, very comfortable, had full kitchen appliances in the room, and easy check in.

Host was very helpful and gave us excellent tops for restaurants and how to get into the city.

There only thing I didn’t like were the pillows but I’m picky :)

We were on the first floor - so easy access to the room for mobility challenged guests. The suite was very clean and there is a beautiful walking path from the parking lot.

The TV system is very outdated. None of us found directions on how to use the various remotes, so we didn't watch any TV - which actually wasn't really a bad thing - gave us more time to chat!

Due to COVID restrictions there was no breakfast. However the facility offered kitchen which made it tolerable.

Had a lovely looking breakfast room, but no availability for even coffee. Very quiet , clean, well appointed room. We were able to make coffee in our room. Lot of money for essentially no room service. The location is great for where our daughter and family live. Email and phone inquiries were quickly answered. No wake up call.

I had reached out about leaving my bags here prior to check-in so that I wouldn't have to carry them to my office. One of the staff called to let me know that they are short staffed due to Covid so there is not a full-time concierge person to accommodate. A few hours later, the same person called back to say that they made arrangements for someone to be there when we arrive! Our room was actually ready for early check-in so that we could drop our bags inside. They really went above and beyond. Front desk person took the time to give us a map and locate all the necessary points of interest nearby as well. The double queen room is surprisingly large and spotless! I am a stickler when it comes to cleanliness - I notice dust and hair in places most people don't look. But this room was very clean and felt new. I didn't use it but the full kitchen with a dishwasher is amazing.

Location was good for being close to family in Waltham. Walkway to river greenwalk was very nice. Room was clean and everything worked.

Disappointed that the property is not serving breakfast, and may not return to breakfast even after COVID subsides.

No breakfast

It was a simple suite with a proper stove and refrigerator. Because I arrived in the middle of Covid there was no breakfast, indeed I never encountered a single human being the time I was there. My key was in a lock box and i left my signed agreement on the desk, since i left before anyone came in. For those interested in this property you would be wise to think of it as a cottage, that is bring some creamer and snacks which may not be available. Even if you don’t, there’s so much nearby its really not an issue. Honestly its what i want in a business hotel room and had I stayed longer I would even have better things to say.

I was not there long enough to find anything to be irritated about. Also, covid rules prevent some amenities that one would expect and judge, so there’s that.
