I had a problems with my debit card and the clerk was very helpful in getting that resolved promptly.

I liked everything

The location was good, very quiet area. The hotel was quiet. It is really close to stores and restaurants.

The 'breakfast' is a joke. Granola bars, yogurt and stale bread and cereal are not a hot continental breakfast. The 'spa' is hot tub that apparently will not be fixed anytime soon, but the girl said it may be up and running before we leave(no one was even working on it). The people behind the front desk(other than the girl who checked us in, she was nice) barely even glance at us, or talked to us(if they were there at all), so not sure if they were friendly.

The breakfast was disappointing is very little options also the cleaning staff came in and made one of the beds , we had the do not disturb sign on , and with our daughter still in the room asleep in the bed next to it when we stepped out when she told us that she woke up and noticed the bed and the room was cleaned up she freaked out as well as we did. This was the first morning of our two night stay .very inappropriate! Not to mention I paid $10 more using booking.com than If I walked in.

Great but not many gluten free choices.

It was a good place to stay. It was near to everything we needed.

Only the breakfast. Not good. Lacking in completeness. It was the only thing that made me check out the other hotels. I also told the receptionist on our way out. They need to improve on their breakfast. It could make them loose customers.

Location, cleanliness

Internet access and tv streaming not good. When staff was told about being missed for cleaning, it was not followed up.

Room was nice and clean.

Water was not real hot. TV was not very good picture.

spa was broken. there was no breakfast due to health concerns. we were just at a different hotel in the same area and they could serve breakfast. it was not an acceptable excuse of not serving breakfast when advertised on the website.
